  1. Well, on other forums and articles, people have said that it did not have a niche, etc. So I thought "Top Ten Lists" was not specific enough.
  2. Just wondering if it is possible to upload multiple files at once via cpanel rather than one file at a time. I plan to add many more pages to my site and it could seem to get really tedious to upload 50+ pages one at a time just because I may make a small change to my template or CSS. Thanks
  3. Does anyone have any advice on my "niche" problem?
  4. I have been researching various ways to increase web site traffic and promotion and one of the ways recommended is to find its “niche”. However I am unsure of what it could be because my site has various amounts of topics and information. Any help would be appreciated, my site is www.toptenlisted.com
  5. The template I used was not uploaded, I just uploaded all my web pages individually, It is not in the "Template" folder, so where am I supposed to find the template?
  6. I have been using dreamweaver 8 and I was just wondering if it is possible to modify the template for my site straight from cPanel, because if I make a small change, I do not want to have to keep re-uploading all my web pages individually. Thanks
  7. Thanks for all the help My site has now been verified
  8. Thanks for the help so far, but I do not know what to change. I do not have any "custom-made" error pages nor do I redirect them anywhere anymore I am not sure what changes I should make to the .htaccess file code, below is all the code I have for that file: # -FrontPage- IndexIgnore .htaccess */.??* *~ *# */HEADER* */README* */_vti* <Limit GET POST> order deny, allow deny from all allow from all </Limit> <Limit PUT DELETE> order deny, allow deny from all </Limit> AuthName www.toptenlisted.com AuthUserFile /home/mspqlbpr/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd AuthGroupFile /home/mspqlbpr/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.grp RedirectMatch permanent ^/$ http://www.toptenlisted.com/Index.html
  9. My Site is working now, but as for the error page, No, it does not return to the homepage, I tried to change it under the "error pages" icon in my cPanel account, as that is probably where it is directing error pages, but Google still says it is at 200
  10. This is my first post I am trying to get my web site verified by Google I keep getting the error “We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 (Success) in the header.” My site is www.toptenlisted.com I already tried adding a META tag and uploading an HTML File, but neither worked, so I am trying to figure out how to change the error page to 404, from 200 Any suggestions would be appreciated
