Hi there!

I'm trying to install MT into an scgi-bin directory and having a bit of trouble. It looks like I've got everything in there that's supposed to be in there, but when I try to run mt-check.cgi, it gives me a permission error. I've tried setting it to 755 and also to 744, per the tutorial, but I get the same result.

I'm switching over from another host, so I'd like to get MT up and running before I change the nameservers, but I'm wondering if this has to do with the fact that I'm accessing mt-check.cgi as http://111.111.111.111/mt-check.cgi instead of http://111.111.111.111.com/mt-check.cgi If I try doing it as http://111.111.111.111/scgi-bin/mt-check.cgi, I get a file not found error instead of a permissions error, so I'm assuming the former is the proper URL - but somehow the permission is wrong.

Anybody have any clues for me? Thanks!
