PSF Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 I just moved a site to my server (from a different TCH server), and everything came over fine except the counter...it displays http://www.tex-n-me.com/cgi-sys/Count.cgi?...00;139;216|dd=D Is this a permissions thing? Where do I fix it? Thanks! Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 (edited) Try going into Cpanel and select the counter and reset it or recreate it. That should solve the problem. Don't forget to use the same name for the counter as you used before (texnmec). Edited April 15, 2004 by TCH-Bruce Quote
PSF Posted April 16, 2004 Author Posted April 16, 2004 I tried that before I posted...I'll try it again and let you know what happens. Thanks! EDIT: No dice. I even regenerated it and pasted the new code in the page, same result. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Please open a Help Desk ticket and have one of the techs look at it. Personally I don't use counters since I have full access to page counts in AwStats which is more reliable than a counter. Quote
PSF Posted April 16, 2004 Author Posted April 16, 2004 I agree with you...but the user wants what the user wants, you know? Thanks! Quote
