Lost Cpanel Password

Hi family,

 

Due to a hard disk crash I lost my CPanel password. The file containing that password I forgot to add to my list of files to backup regularly (yeah I know ).

So, I used the reset password function (when the cpanel login fails).

Unfortunately I did not receive an email with the new password, in fact no email whatsoever. I have no idea why that is, since I have successfully recovered my email addresses after the crash.

 

Could one of the guru's please help me?

I've tried the help desk before posting this question to the forum, but that requires a Cpanel password....which I lost.

Just enter lost as the pass word,

and include all other info so they can reset it.
