Hi family, Due to a hard disk crash I lost my CPanel password. The file containing that password I forgot to add to my list of files to backup regularly (yeah I know ). So, I used the reset password function (when the cpanel login fails). Unfortunately I did not receive an email with the new password, in fact no email whatsoever. I have no idea why that is, since I have successfully recovered my email addresses after the crash. Could one of the guru's please help me?
