Setting Up Email Client

I'm setting up my website's email to be sent to the email client I use at work and can't seem to set up the outgoing "SMTP Host" shouldn't it be the same as the Incoming Mail "POP Host"?

 

(BTW: how can I attach a screen shot here? every time I use the IMG button it ends up saying "user defined image" instead of putting the image in.)

found the problem I had to un-check "use SMTP Authorization"; don't know what that is but that did the trick

you can add an image that is on your site with the img tag

or use the file attachments, below the entry window to browse to a file on your computer, to display a screen capture.
