TheFlip Posted February 25, 2003 Posted February 25, 2003 I've just installed phpBB via cPanel. Everything seems to work fine, except for the images. None of the images/icons/smilies are showing up. Did I miss something? Is there anything else I need to configure? Quote

First, you mention that your smiles should be in: images/icons/smiliesBut mine are in:public_html / forum / images / smiles where 'forum' is the name of my forum directory. Also note the name difference (smilies vs. smiles) Once you've identified the path to the smiles, take note of it and enter the path in your board's administration panel under General Admin > Configuration. The path that you enter should be relative to the board directory. For example mine says: images/smiles Lianna Quote

HOWEVER, to solve your confusion -- where Flip is getting the spelling 'smilies' is from the other link that also on the phpbb General Admin area, appropriately labeled 'smilies' kw Quote
