Making Login For Cpanel.

Alright, I know a little more about forms now.

 

If I made a form to allow people to login to their cPanels from a web page, would that be as secure as the /cpanel method?

 

I am letting them all use the account : http://www.tinywizard.net/cpanel

And letting them use the address: http://tinywizard.net/~user

 

so would I just do the login script, then put the action as a direct link to the cPanel?
