:( I just signed up for an account and after configuring my emails found that I can't receive any mail. I can send it fine. I can also receive it if I'm sending it from one of my newly created accounts, but any other email account can't get through. Can someone please help me. I'm just trying to use the horde access.

If you just signed up for an account, most likely, the nameservers have not propagated your updated nameservers. If you have not listed the nameservers we sent to you in our welcome email, you need to do that. It takes anywhere from 24-72 hours for the propagation to complete the internet.

 

If this is NOT the case, please go to the Support Desk, and open a ticket, and we will look into this issue.
