Database Conversion

After a week of work, l finally received the new password from my old provider to export the .db files from my old blogs.

 

I did it and tried to run them in the new MT here on TCH but it seems they are an older version.

 

MT Manual says l need the shell access to server l don't even know what it is!!!!

 

Do l need to submit a ticket (l hope not to bother the guys, l already asked for two other problems...)

Since you don't have shell access and can not get it, a help ticket is the only solution.
