I submitted a help desk ticket and within 15 minutes I had emails from not 1 but 2 of the tech guys saying they had fixed my problem. That is fast.

I will give a longer review when i later this year (april) renew my hosting for a second year, but with the service so far...you are stuck with me for life. :P
