James281 Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 i've just order the deluxe server plan using credit card, as to what i see in the email it will take 6-24hrs to process and i want to know what's the next step that i need to do. my main question is how come when i check out, there is no option to do one time payment for one year. i don't want to have to worry about this every month. i could be wrong but i hope if i pay by monthly this would be automatic take out from the creditcard i use. ThumpAZ Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 (edited) As for the next step, just sit back and relax for a little bit. As long as there are no problems with the signup or billing information, you will receive a welcome email in the next few hours with the information you need to get started on the site (upload info, username, temporary password, etc.). If you want to change your billing information, just open a Help ticket and direct it to the billing deaprtment (link at the top of this page). Those folks will get you all taken care of. to answer your monthly bill question... Yes, it would be automatically taken from your credit card. You will receive an email a few days ahead of time telling you that it is going to happen. This gives you time to make changes or whatever prior to the charge actually happening. Oh yeah... TCH-Don Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 Welcome to the family James if you want to forward an address at your domain to another address, do not create an account for that addy, just goto cpanel > e-mail > forwarders add an addy at your site and where it is to go. You can also forward a single addy to many addys by adding them one at a time. Quote
