ever since you guys updated your help desk service I can not log tickets. :D Customer service was working on this since 12pm today and I still can't log a help desk ticket. error I get is :

Is there a alternative way to get support?

 

My pop3 and smtp servers are not working with either Eudora 5.11 or outlook express using the "auto-configure" method that cpanel sends. Webmail works great, but want to get the client side of this working.

In another thread it was reported that if you clear the cookies from the temporary internet files it clears this up. I too was having this problem but after I did that, I am in. :D
