Customer service was working on this since 12pm today and I still can't log a help desk ticket. error I get is : >>>> TotalChoice Hosting: Error Verification Error - Record Missing Password Or Key >>> Is there a alternative way to get support? My pop3 and smtp servers are not working with either Eudora 5.11 or outlook express using the "auto-configure" method that cpanel sends.
