Domain Registration Makes Url Forwarding?

I have a hosting plan at TCH with the domain cne-escutismo.pt

 

In one of it's folders I want to place a "homepage" that could be accessed by the cne-escutismo.pt domain but also by a new domain (let's say eurojam-portugal.org), making it easier to memorize.

 

If I register that new domain, is it possible to point it directly to the folder inside my website? I believe this is called URL forwarding... And, would it be possible to have some e-mail addresses (forwarding) using that new domain? (for example info@eurojam-portugal.org).
