Mailing List Question

I set up a mailing list on my site and while testing I see that users will get a appended message at the bottom of the message giving the link to the mailing list

and istructions if they want tomail to the list.

I do not want to encrouage user to be abel to mail to my list.

What can I do.

I have looked around for a file to edit but I can't find any Help!!
