Changing Permissions In Cpanel

I'm having problems changing permissions using cpanel. I didn't used to have any problems, but know it just ignores me.

 

Any file or folder i try to change permissions on fails. I don't get any error messages or anything. The only thing i noticed that was different than before is it doesn't refresh the left pane anymore once you submit the new permissions.

 

To get around the problem i've been ftping in and changing permissions with chmod, but I'd like to be able to use cpanel.

 

I use IE and Firebird, both have the same problem. I've also tried disabling my proxy settings.

 

I'm on server 11.

 

I just checked and I'm having the same problem on another domain on server 14.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
