Deke Posted January 10, 2004 Posted January 10, 2004 So I'm working on my site, trying to find its niche, and I get a couple of mailer daemons: I've been sending out mail with nasty attachments. But I haven't been doing that at all! Someone's hacked me. Okay. It happens. I change my account password, change some other passwords on other accounts just to be safe, come back to my site -- and I've forgotten my password. Well to make a long story short, I fill out a trouble ticket -- and it's early in the morning now -- and within like, five minutes, I get a reply! Incredible. Within a half-hour, my password has been updated for me, and I'm back into my account. I can't tell you how satisfying it is for something in life to work efficiently and properly.
