Phpbb I Know That You Guys Aren't Responsible For

K, i know that total choice has like nothing to do with phpbb, but their board seems suspicious similar so i figure they know the answer to what i'm asking. I have been using lots of mods on my board at www.freecityskates.com/board but i screwed something up i think. At one point, i knew which file contained the code for telling when someone was online offline, at least, i know that that file is at least the skelton structure that houses a link to that code. But, i cannot find that file again. If anyone knows what file has the code for the bottom of the page (not the simple_footer.tpl or the other footer one) then please let me know which file it is!!! I have checked almost everyfile in my bcBlack templates directory and cannot find it. So if anyone can help, please post back.
