Moving From There To Here...

I have three Domains on another -host- and another in the works. Existing Host has gone into the dumps and gets worse on a daily basis.

 

Finding a good host is tough. Everone offers up the same plate, just that some scramble the eggs, others sunny up - some, are raw! You know what I mean.

 

I'm pretty proficient with most web site bells and whistles, but need to know:

• 1 Is PhP running in Safe Mode?
  
• 2 Is support turnaround at or about 1 - 4 hours?
  
• 3 One of my sites requires httpS (note the S) is it part of the package?
  
• 4 Are Private Name Servers available and if so, at what cost?
  
• 5 Are personal IP #'s part of the plan/s?
  
• 6 Are Add-on doms part of the unlimited sub-doms? i.e. adddom.**** is seen as adddom.com in browser?
  

There - that's not asking much?
