dawilson Posted January 6 Posted January 6 I'm unable to log in to CPanel on either my reseller account or one of the underlying customer accounts today. Despite using the usual credentials and not having updated passwords since my last use, I'm getting "The login is invalid" in both cases. The sites themselves seem fine. Is this a known problem or has something changed recently? Quote
TCH-Ethan Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Hi, If you cannot log in to cPanel on both your reseller account and customer accounts, but the associated websites are functioning normally, there are several possible reasons for the issue. One common cause could be that your IP address is blocked. You can check your public IP address by visiting this link. Once you have your IP, you can open a support ticket with TCH to verify whether the firewall blocks it. Additionally, you need to double-check your login credentials to ensure there are no typos or errors. Quote
dawilson Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 | You can check your public IP address by visiting this link Missing link? The two sites I tried will have different IP addresses, I expect. One site has a static IP and the other is on a shared server. I'm not sure which IP relating to CPanel that you are looking for, though. Quote
TCH-Ethan Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Hi, Please go to http://totalchoicehosting.com/whatismyip.php to provide us with your Public/Global IP address. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket, and we will update the ticket as well. Quote
dawilson Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 Aha - MY local IP address! Sorry - I assumed you meant some IP address hosting the offending CPanel site. I'll open a support ticket. Quote
TCH-Ethan Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Hi, Thank you for the update. We will update you through the ticket. Quote
