Cannot Update Password in OUTLOOK

I am trying to update my password in OUTLOOK.  

1. Enter new outlook passord

2. Box opens asking for password for server *******.tchmachines.com.  When i enter my TCH password the box continues to reopen and does nothing.

Please HELP

I use Thunderbird and not Outlook, but I assume the work the same way, so I can be wrong about this but someone will correct me if so.

It sounds to me you are trying to enter the password to your cpanel and think Outlook wants you to enter the password a separate email account.
