electric_coyote Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 i havent had any problems yet or issues to review the service or support here, but i can say that so far i am very impressed. ive used probably 12 hosts in my time, once dealing with a small site that got an insane amount of traffic, trying to deal with hosts dropping me and offering false transfer limits etc... so ive been through the gamut with hosts and this seems to be the best so far. i got referred by a friend, was impressed by the packages and signed up. within 24 hours my site was up and working... i found the introductory email had all the info i needed, spelled out clearly without a lot of extra mess. i think the forums are a great idea and im impressed with the people posting here... seems like a very friendly helpful group. very professional service but also seems very accessible and friendly. i look forward to being with total choice for a long time as my site and business (hopefully) grows.
