Guest scop Posted August 31, 2003 Posted August 31, 2003 Hi, I'm a relative newcomer to TCH but am delighted with the service and atmosphere here. I have a question. I want to do a test installation of my website's CMS software "moodle" using CVS, but whenever I try to issue the CVS command "cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.moodle.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/moodle login" at the root I get the following error: "cvs: command not found". Is it possible to use CVS at TCH? I'd really like to do this. Please help me and be gentle, I'm not really a programmer. Tim. Quote
borfast Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 (edited) Hi Scop. I'm sorry to inform you that TCH doesn't have CVS software installed on it's servers and, as far as I know, there are no plans to install it. Perhaps one of the admin gurus can answer your question in a better way but as I said, at the moment there's no CVS software installed here and as far as I know, no plans to install it Edited September 25, 2003 by borfast Quote
