Hi,

I'm a relative newcomer to TCH but am delighted with the service and atmosphere here.

I have a question. I want to do a test installation of my website's CMS software "moodle" using CVS, but whenever I try to issue the CVS command "cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.moodle.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/moodle login" at the root I get the following error: "cvs: command not found".

Is it possible to use CVS at TCH? I'd really like to do this.

Please help me and be gentle, I'm not really a programmer. :D

Tim.

Hi Scop.

I'm sorry to inform you that TCH doesn't have CVS software installed on it's servers and, as far as I know, there are no plans to install it.

Perhaps one of the admin gurus can answer your question in a better way but as I said, at the moment there's no CVS software installed here and as far as I know, no plans to install it :)
