Recently I am getting this error occasionally from the receiving host. I cannot send using my own domain name. Is there anything that can be done about it?

 

 

554 5.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [208.76.86.29]

As far as I understand after doing a search on Google for this, I would open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to look into it as it seems to a server related issue. Link on top of page and in my signature.

From Support:

 

The issue was due to incorrect reverse DNS setting for the main mail IP in server. I have corrected this. This should get fixed within some time.
