Google Send Notifications On Comprimise

Dear Friends

 

I'm sharing cathar server for hosting of my domains -(fedosenkov.com, fedosenkov.name).

I'm start getting Phishing notification regarding pages located on my domain but with reference to other user -

~USER who also hosted at cathar.

So it looks like

" ....Below are one or more example URLs on your site which may be part of a

phishing attack:

 

http://www.fedosenkov

.com/~USER/www.paypal.fr/webscrcmd=_login-done&login_access=1190737782.htm

"

 

But in fact it related to some other domain of user whom pages seems to be cracked.

 

 

Is it possible to avoid such notification by changing system files ?
