Custom Error Pages

my custom 404 error page has mysteriously stopped working. nothing i enter at the "Editing 404.shtml (Not found)" page will work -- regardless of what bad URL i might enter, i always get the default Apache Internal Server Error page. heck, i can't even modify that page from the control panel.

I would open a ticket with the help desk and ask the techs to take a look at this. Link on top of page and in my signature.
