Email Issues Since Update

Hi Everyone

 

Since cpanel has been updated I have noticed a couple of things. One, the usage indicator for my email addresses have been on zero the whole time despite the fact that I have been receiving emails. Two, I have noticed that new emails haven't displayed in my inbox (I use the roundcube software) unless I happen to send an email from that address. For example I have an email for people who want to subscribe but it is always empty until I send an email and then suddenly there are several subscribe emails in the inbox. Looking at them they were sent to me up to a few days prior. Why would emails be sitting on the server but not come through until you send an email? Is this a cpanel problem or something to do with roundcube?
