Spinland
Are Server Side Include Directives (e.g. ><!--#include virtual="insertthisfile.html" --> ) supported, or should I just use PHP? Thanks!
TCH-Bruce
They are supported for .shtml files.
johnwillson
Bruce I have used an include as discussed above, but the seerver ignores me! <!--#include virtual="MainMenu.shtml" --> the above mentioned file is sitting in the root, and same directory as the host file. Is there something else I need to set to make it work? Regards
TCH-Bruce
You may need to add the following to your .htaccess file to have the server implement them. >AddType text/html .shtml AddOutputFilter INCLUDES .shtml ...or you can rename your include file with a .html extension instead of .shtml
