trg Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I'm trying to access to my mail from mail2web.com It's says "Error : Login Failure. Please check your email address and re-enter your password." But I'm sure about my e-mail and password. They are correct. I tryed Intellilogin, securelogin login but result is same. In advanced login when I type IP number in "Server name or IP address" works fine. Quote

I have never used mail2web (and can therefor be wrong about this) but if I understand you correct, if it works when you try to log in the advanced way but not in a "default" way, I´d assume it´s something wrong at their end and not your email/password/TCH. This does't work Server name or IP address : mydomain User ID or Login name : myusername (email) Password : mypassword This work fine: Server name or IP address : server ip User ID or Login name : myusername (email) Password : mypassword Any Ideas?
