I see in the control panel it is possible to change the password for the account but I wonder if it's possible to change the account login as well. Quote

Since I don´t know if you have a reseller package or a virtual package, I am not sure it can be changed but if you submit a ticket with the help desk, they will be able to tell you (link on top of page). If you have a reseller package, you should be able to fix this through the WHM. If you have a virtual package, a ticket is needed. Quote
