Mae Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I'm getting ready to purchase Adobe CS4. I understand that Dreamweaver has the capability to do a lot more. I know it will take me some time to learn it. If I want to move my site from Frontpage to Dreameweaver, what is the easiest way to move my content over into the new format? Quote
Lisety Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I find it easiest to start off with creating a template (the page without content that is used to create every page), then you can cut and paste the content from Frontpage to Dreamweaver. If you paste it in the Design mode it should keep most of your html but I've never actually done it. I have Dreamweaver 8 and I can hit F12 to see the how the page will look before I upload it to the internet and then you can catch any errors. Good luck! Quote
