Scgi-bin Scripts Suddenly Not Working

I have a handful of secure CGI scripts running on my pages at http://flyingmoose.org. Until a day or two ago, they were all working fine. Now, today, none of them are working. There have been no changes to anything at my end.

 

They all report the error:

 

scgiwrap: Caller must be the nobody user

 

Has something changed at the server end to derail secure CGI scripts? If so, how can it be set right?
