I don't know why anyone in their right mind uses AOL....but...

I set up a small mailing list on one of my domains that's working fine except I have one AOL subscriber who isn't receiving the subscribe notices or posts sent to the list. I'm not getting any bounce messages - he just doesn't receive anything.

He does receive my emails from email addresses from the domain. Has anyone ever run into this or have a solution? Do I have something set up wrong or is this just another AOL thing?

I just tried setting up a forwarder for him (an address at my domain that points to his AOL address) - but haven't heard back from him about whether this works or not. I have another list to set up that has quite a few AOL users on it and am hoping I can find a solution.

:( Problem is solved...now he got 2 subscription notices. One when I unsubscribed and re-subscribed his aol address, and a second one from the forwarder. Looks like re-subscribing him did the trick. Oh well...I still don't understand why ppl sign up with AOL....
