Help - I've Lost My Wp-admin

What have I done?

 

In the settings of wordpress I changed the URL settings (why I don't know, I thought they would simplify the url shown at the top).

 

Now when I try to access both blog and admin page I am being redirected to another page that doesn't work.

 

Is there a way to correct this?

Okay, I figured this one out.

 

I had to look into phpmyadmin to change the settings back.

Glad you sorted it out. As mentioned before when you move sites that use a database there are usually links stored in the database that need to be changed as well.
