Weblog tools collection has an article called What You Need To Know About WordPress 2.6. The article lists new features/improvements etc like: Post Revisioning Tumble Your Posts Speed Up of Admin Interface Activate Multiple Plugins at Once and Delete Plugins in Bulk Move Your Config File to a Different Directory Better Theme Previewing ...and some other things.
