Using Gpg To Encrypt Form Submission Emails

I'd like to use GPG to encrypt form submissions sent from my website to me via email. I know TCH has a GPG feature, but will it work for this? And I need a cgi script to process the form, right? Do I have to have an SSL certificate?

 

If someone could just describe what steps I need to take to get this working I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
