I understand that if I reach 80% of my bandwidth I will be notified and have the opportunity to purchase more bandwidth for that month. In lieu of that, Can I change my plan to larger one at anytime? Beyond the price difference between the plans, is there any additional fee for processing this change?

Is there a way of having a web page programmatically check for the bandwidth used so far? If I could do that, I could use that to control the pages accessible to the user.

For instance (below, "my threshold" is whatever threshold I deem is safe to avoid going over the limit by the end of the month):

>if bandwidth used so far this month > my threshold
disable access to certain high-bandwidth pages (e.g., pages with music files)

In the Cpanel, there is the "Bandwidth" entry under Stats. However, this displays a pre-existing web page that has the bandwidth appear as a literal numeral. I"m guessing this page gets created once per day.
