Equal Height Columns

I am using the Equal Height Columns tutorial (http://www.positioniseverything.net/articles/onetruelayout/equalheight) to utilize faux columns on my site. Everything looks beautiful on the main page, but if you click out to any comments on the page, the page breaks (top of page disappears and footer goes on forever. I added the clear fixes, etc. in the CSS, which fixed IE, but the Firefox thing is boggling my mind.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
