URhighness Posted November 12, 2007 Author Posted November 12, 2007 I have not recieved any support on this I cant even contact anyone through the helpdesk because its errored. I haven't done a thing wiht my domain due to such terrible customer care from my Total Choice hosting service . Who do I need to contact about this? Or should I just switch hosting carriers. This has been a waste I don't know how to resolve this myself or I would. Quote
TCH-Dick Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 While installing scripts in not the purpose of the Help Desk, we will gladly assist you. Also, there is nothing wrong with the Help Desk; I'm not sure what you are seeing but you can open a ticket by sending an email to support@totalchoicehosting.com Quote
