Alondria Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I cannot seem to access my cPanel via http://alondria.us/cpanel , or http://alondria.us:2082/ The request always is timing out. I have been attempting to enter for a couple of weeks now, figuring perhaps it was a temporary problem, however with no such luck. My main web site is functioning fine (http://alondria.us) so it isn't the server itself... Any thoughts? Quote

You may wish to check your firewall settings (or ask your network admin if you're trying from a corporate location) to see if port 2082 is blocked. You can also try over the secure port at https://alondria.us:2083/. If you continue to have issues, please open a help desk ticket and we'll work with you on resolving this issue. Quote
