Well first of all I apologize if this is the wrong forum or if my question has already been answered but I've spent all morning here searching to no success.

My issue is "how to block/reject incoming email to unknown recipients", you know the emails that get sent to your domain with a "non-existent" recipient. IE; To: Boyu.ehab@act-iv.net or To: suatGuilford@act-iv.net (these usernames do not exist in our domain).

We have been getting more and more each day and each one is a different username. It is unfortunate that the cpanel email filters do not give this option. Block or Return or Reject all incoming email sent to someone that is NOT in our users.

Oh on another note, in the emoticons you need one of the angry face pulling his hair out :)

You can prevent email to non-existent users of your domain by simply setting your default email address in cpanel to :fail:.

To blacklist email addresses you will need to turn on Spam Assassin and build a blacklist.

Thanks Bruce.
