TCH-Bruce Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Try connecting using your domain name and make sure you set your FTP client to use Passive connections. If that fails open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to take a look. It possible your IP has been blocked due to many attempts to connect and it not connecting because of a bad user name or password. Quote
