Php/mysql Compiled With Multi-byte?

Hi,

 

Do you have servers running the following multi-byte and/or Unicode features? They are critical to running multi-lingual international sites. Thanks.

 

 

PHP:

 

-mbstring enabled? For utf-8?

-Btw, Is there both a cgi and module running?

- Are reasonable cron jobs allowed? (e.g. Fetching RSS feeds hourly.)
