Phone Verification?

Hi there. Today I signed up for the Silver package (pepper-monkey.com). I used a credit card, and the charge went through. Now I'm a little bit concerned about the phone verification. I listed my home number, and as I'm at work, I'm worried I'll miss the call. Could I email someone in the billing department my work and/or cell number to add to the phone number list as well? I want to get my site verified and propagated ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I forgot to mention that I tried to submit a ticket via the HelpDesk, but where I don't have a cPanel login yet...that idea was unsucessful. Just thought I'd toss that in there too. I usually wouldn't post something like this to the forums...

Hi and welcome to the forum, Laura. :)

 

You should submit a ticket (as you tried to do) and tell them an alternative phone number. When asked for info you don´t know in the helpdesk just enter "unknown".

Thanks for the response Jeff. The only problem is, a Cpanel User Name and Password was required to submit a Help Desk Ticket. As I haven't even been verified yet, I don't have a login.

I got your ticket. I know you are anxious to have your service activated. You are more than welcome to provide an alternate phone for verification.

just a quick question regarding phone verification. i live in another country, and im not sure the time difference between the tch and my place. since im on the field most of the time. is it ok to give my cell phone number as alternate number just in case i cant be reach of my office/home number?
