I screwed something up along the way, I don't know what I did, but I've uploaded a script, and it's telling me it can't find it. I want to just start over, like...hitting a reset button. TCH-Thomas Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 Hi, You can ask the help desk if they can restore the account to an earlier backup or clean out everything for you. But if doing the latter, you would go from scratch (ie the account have no files/pages). Link on top of page and in my signature. Also, be sure to do your own backups in the future before making any changes, this way, you can revert back very easily. Search for "home backup" here in the forum and you will find plenty of info about it. Quote
TCH-Carl Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 Make sure that you have backed up all your data, including emails, if needed and then post a support ticket to the help desk (link above) requesting a reprovision of your account. We will recreate the account to the state it was when you started the hosting. Quote
