Saving A Form To Edit Later

Good morning all,

 

I have a hidden form on my site for my clients to fill out so I can generate proofs with the information they give me at http://www.handmade-invitations.com/scripts/cis/cis.htm

 

I would like for my clients to be able to save their work and come back to it. I realize that I need to have them to register somewhere to do this.

 

What application/script/setup do I need to enable this functionality.

 

I do my own web work, but do not program. I can, though, usually hack code to make it work on my site.

I'd head on over to hotscripts.com and check for something close that you can use. There are a lot of useful scripts there.
