Sorry, I didn't know where to go to ask about a password for the 'TCH Family Only' Forum. I used my forum password, but it didn't work.

you should Private Message one of the "staff" they have red names

 

they will issue you instructions on how to enter the customers only area

 

i think you have to PM your User name for your TCH account which is somthing random like MCBE8D

and your websites domain such as www.my-site.co.uk
