How Do You Add Another Site?

Hi there!

 

I am wondering how do I take a site that is already on TCH and transfer it into my name. A friend of mine had set up the site for me. Its still in her name for the server, yet I need it transferred to my account so that I can pay for it. I already have a package with TCH. How do I go about getting this transferred? The domain name is in my name.

Hi and welcome to the forum, Nicole.

 

If you have already purchased a hosting package, I think you will only need to contact the billing people at the help desk and they will fix it for you. Link in my signature.

 

If you also need to change the billing address etc for the domain name please contact the registrar. If it´s registered through TCH, you can update/change the info here.
