How To Determine 'subscribed Thread' Email Was Sent.

I got reprimanded for making too lengthy Topic Titles so I don't know what an appropriate length is--feel free to shorten this Topic Title if necessary. My lack of knowledge causes these unruly titles

 

I have vbulletin running on my website but some of the users say that they are not getting notifications of replies in threads they have subscribed to.

 

I contaced vBulletin Support and they said I would need to access the server's mail logs. Is it possible for a user (such as myself) to do that?

Please open a ticket with the help desk. The mods do not have access to the servers, logs or your account info.
