rockinbassman Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 I figured this was a problem with the HTML in my pages so I thought it would be most appropriate here. For some reason, my error log keeps showing a line like this (Probably 250 out of the 300 listed on the page): [Mon Oct 24 21:10:59 2005] [error] [client (ip address)] File does not exist: /home/(username)/public_html/favicon.ico I found the pages that are causing this error. It is the pages in my /start/ directory but I don't have any coding calling this file and I never have. I've also never have uploaded an .ico file. The index.html page calls three frames (left.html, middle.html, and right.html) and when I open any of these pages separately or as the index page it causes the error above. Any idea what is causing this? I can't read my error log because so many of the errors are the same darn thing. I don't know if the frames are somehow doing this or how .ico files can be used to make a webpage. Thanks for your assisstance! Quote

rockinbassman Posted October 25, 2005 Author Posted October 25, 2005 Thanks for the quick reply. I'll just make an ico file and eliminate the problem. Quote
